SAFETY SEALERS, established 1961, have 47 years of specialized expertise in waterproofing, insulation and joint sealing field. Their patriotic approach because of their Managing Director's association with the ideology of Pakistan through attending Quad-i- Azam's meetings and uttering turned the company into an outfit dedicated to a professional and an honest nationalist approach. It's MD with chemical engineering background, practical experience and attending various seminars and exhibitions in U.K, Germany and USA got upto date knowledge of roofing applications in any situation. Given below are the details of our activities, which cover almost all the different aspects of protection of the structures, old and being newly constructed.

Protection of the buildings against rising dampness from the ground is of utmost importance as it provides many benefits, comfort and long life being the most important of them. Water logged areas need special attention, while other new construction also requires care in view of changing conditions in future. We follow British code of practice No. CPJ 02: 1973 entitled:

We were long associated with Dr.Stenner, an authority on concrete technology in Germany and were granted a license by his firm, Concret Chemie of Germany way back in seventies.

This is the mainstay of our existence in business and we have treated hundreds of buildings in Pakistan (including East Pakistan) Qatar, Bahrain, UAE & Saudi Arabia as briefly shown in thc enclosed leaflet.

We were sole distributors and agents in Pakistan for Expandite Ltd of U.K, a renowned organization known for providing joint sealing and other associated materials, from 1964 to 1992 till such time they ceased to exist and sold themselves to Fosroc ltd. Our technical Director got 3 month extensive training in London with Expandite and we obtained formulations for some of their products namely plastic and Plastijoint, bituminous sealants for horizontal and inclined joints beside Primers and Joint filling boards etc. We were requested not to use the names of their products on moral grounds as they had included these names in deal with Fosroc and we started manufacturing them under our own brand names of:
